THE Christmas Tree Festival at St John’s Church in Keynsham proved to be an outstanding success.
A total of 49 local community groups each sponsored and decorated a tree for the event.
The festival weekend attracted 2,300 people, who also enjoyed music performances, refreshments and craft stalls.
Organisers said: “It proved to be a lovely way of celebrating and bringing together so many people from the Keynsham community.”
The event is held in Advent on alternate years and will be back in 2025.
