Man, 18, arrested after serious assault in Keynsham

AN 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a serious assault in Keynsham.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Lays Drive at about 8.10am on Wednesday May 27.

One person was taken to hospital with injuries considered to be potentially life-changing but not life-threatening.

Avon and Somerset Police said: “We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident and we do not believe there is any further risk to the wider public. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
